Thank you so much for your lovely note. I miss it, too, and particularly miss all the wonderful people like you who connected with me via the podcast. I felt bad about stopping so suddenly, but I had a couple of unexpected family events come up that needed urgent attention, and thus I had to put the podcast on a shelf.
I’m hoping, though, that my stopping won’t stop you (and others!) from using nvc in your daily life. I found the process and the practice ever-so-helpful in changing so many of my relationships — including the ones with myself
— and am still discovering the effects in all sorts of unexpected ways. I hope you will experience the same discoveries, and that our paths will cross again! All my best to you and those you care about…
